This experiential workshop teaches the participant simple exercises that work deeply with your own energy systems. Improving and balancing subtle energy flows in the body impacts our health through increasing our immunity, managing stress with more ease, and increasing our strength and vitality.

This class is draws on the teachings of Donna Eden and other experts in the field of Energy Healing.

Learning an expanded version of the daily energy routine gives the healer an array of exercises to draw upon for specific outcomes. This practice creates a firm foundation of increased awareness of energy flow in your own body. Among the tips and techniques I share are ways to increase your vitality, and aid in grounding, clearing and centering practices for daily use.
