I contacted Claudia for a Flower Essence remedy to help with some grief, sadness, and anger that I was dealing with. These are not essential oils, but something different, and safe to take orally. She is so caring and compassionate. She made me feel safe to be able to open up and tell her what I was going through. After discussing my situation, she gave me her thoughts on what we could try. She told me about each of the flower essences and what they were for and how they may be helpful. She has 100’s of essences to select from. Together, we decided what might work best for me.  The remedy is very easy to take.  After about a week, I noticed that I was starting to feel a lot of emotions.  As they came up, I allowed myself to cry. It was deeply healing and also not easy.  I realized I had buried my feelings instead of allowing them to be expressed. The remedy helped to bring up what needed to be released.  As time went on, more and more came up and I allowed it to just be what it was. After the third week I really started to feel better, lighter.  It was as if a huge weight was released. I finished the remedy and had a few more emotions come up but they were more subtle.  I feel so much better and none of the feelings have returned. The flower essence remedies are incredible.  I have worked with her on other things and continue to be thrilled with the results!!!

"A number of years ago, I was blindsided with severe anxiety, brought on by a stressful work situation.  I had never experienced anything like it. I was plagued with it for months.
