Energy Medicine Session

Energy Medicine Sessions are a restorative healing experience that addresses common problems such as pain, anxiety, depression, overload, stress, injuries, illness, and cancer support. These sessions are very helpful for those who experience anxiety or high stress levels.
 
Includes an an assessment of energy patterns in your body and energy field. You will be given "homework" in the form of energy exercises to help normalize or redirect flows that may be running backwards, or flowing in patterns that can lead to fatigue, confusion, brain fog, lethargy or contribute to overwhelm. More simple exercises to help you maintain greater inner ease and calm will be shared.

$95 - 1.5 hr
$125 - 2 hr
 
Average first session length is 1.5 - 2 hours.
Average follow-up session length is 1 to 1.5 hours. Established clients may set the time frame from 1 to 2 hours upon request. To schedule a follow-up session, contact Claudia.
